Mine, my babies normal come very big n a very quick labour my 1st 2 kidz 3.8kg n 4.9kg so my 3rd my doc ask mi 2 book 4 E.cs @ 35+weeks 2 avoid a 3rd or 4th decree tear again. N tankz God I did he weight 4.7kg @35weeks+

Cs can be as a result of inadequate pelvic,also if d baby lies in a breech position, lastly if the baby is a big baby mostly for first time moms this all boils down to moderation wen eating during pregnancy many will say eat as u want yes but in moderation.i hope this is helpful
