It's normal. The temperature is high as a result of the vaccine. It will normalize within 3 days. Just give him paracetamol syrup 2.5ml at least three times a day. He is going to be alright. Pls dont cover him up with too much clothes cos of the high temperature

She will get better within 24hrs of the vaccination. My boy reacted same way. Give her panda drop or paracetamol syrup to calm her temperature
