Hi mothers I ddnt do the salt water bath or get my stomach hit wth a hot towel. How much longer will it take my stomach to go down and how can I help

U can get the hot water bottle and place on ur tommy not directly to ur skin...i didnt use girdle or waist cincher until after 8wks...ur tommy will definately reduce but it wil not be immediately. Jst bear in mnd dt u cnt loose pregnncy belly fat of 6mnths(frm 2nd trimester) in 1month....

how old us ur baby now ? With time it will go down on it's own just avoid taking cold things rather make it warm.

I advise you do the salt water bath and always you gedo your stomach will go good
