How many eggs should a four year old eat in a day and in a week. Secondly i have a 6 mnths old baby when should i introduce eggs?

For the 4 years old baby 1 egg a day should be okay.... But, Kindly give other protein source too like fish, Chicken and meat. You can give both egg whites and yolk from 6 months.
