No it is not necessary.
It is not good to give babies drugs routinely. These drugs you mentioned are multivitamins/supplements which are only given when there is need..... It has to be prescribed by a Medical Doctor. What your child need now is breast milk..... Breastfeed your baby exclusively in the first six months of life.
