Stomach rumbling in babies is a normal phenomenon, it is the sound of gas and milk passing through the tummy. Always ensure baby is latched well to the breast to reduce the amount of air taken in while sucking.

However if their are concerns in regards to that, please take the child to the hospital to see a paediatric surgeon for further evaluation and management.
