My 19 years old son has dandruff and we've tried damatol but it's not working what else can we use.

If it is just normal dandruff, regular shampooing and oiling of the scalp will do, if not it may be something else which the dermatologist after seeing can advise proper treatment.

It will be better to see a doctor first preferably a paediatrician or dermatologist to properly evaluate and treat the underlying cause of dandruff if any.
