37.6 - 37.9 is a bit high but can be managed with a tepid sponge (put a cloth in a bowl of room temperature water and use the wet cloth to damp the child's body)
38 and above, please go to the hospital immediately.
Please also ensure a pediatrician or specialist prescribes the medications and not across counter purchases as some might not be age appropriate
Kindly use a digital thermometer to check your baby's temperature. Normal temperature ranges between 36.5-37.5. If it exceeds this range persistently, please tepid sponge the child with lukewarm water and be on your way to the hospital for doctors to do a check.
