My 6weeks old hasn't pooped for 2 days now, she's strains and strains like she's in pain for some minutes but nothing comes out. She has been farting She's on combined feeding though more of breastmilk. The straining and discomfort is worrisome. What do I do?

Colic is common in babies . It usually starts a few weeks after birth and often improves by age 3 months. Colic requires no medication, By ages 4 to 5 months, the majority of babies with colic have improved. But if the pains becomes severe and baby cries continuously, kindly see a doctor.
Hello ma'am, If your baby is on formula, give water and ensure you are mixing the formula as recommended...right amount of measured scoop to the appropriate amount of water for example most formula it is ONE SCOOP TO 30ML OF WATER
