My baby is 3 months old.I noticed today she has lips is becoming dark in colour. Can u suggest changing her lips to turn pink.

I don't think there is any problem with your child, it may be a normal developmental change but I will suggest you see a( paediatrician)doctor to be very sure, so that we will not be ignoring what may be a subtle sign.
