My baby is 6 weeks old and he farts alot and it smells badly too, and i am on exclusive breast feeding... And am worried, what shld I do?

Hello caring mothers. Offensive smelling fart is a product of breakdown of sulfur present in our diet. And Like adults, babies also have different fart. However, the mothers diet can also affect baby's fart because what you eat goes into breastmilk. Legumes, beans, red meat all cause bad smelling fart. Lastly, stomach infection, so watch out for other symptoms like stooling, fever etc. Cheers.
