Nospamin is often used by mothers to prevent or treat infant colic. However, we Paediatricians DO NOT RECOMMEND the routine use of Nospamin in babies.
Please do not SELF medicate.

Your baby probably has colic which is common in a lot of new born babies and there's really no cause for alarm.
