You are not doing anything wrong. You can freely express your milk into a bottle but make sure you sterilise properly. However, try to breastfeed her when you have had a shower, put on clean clothes. Reduce your perfume if possibly, she might not like the aura. If these don't work, you can continue bottle feeding.
