My child 3 months old. Yesterday gave her DPT vaccine. Last night, he started loose motions. Anything to worry. Please advise.

DPT vaccine doesn't in anyway cause to loose motions, if his urine is decreased, not accepting feeds, you should to doctor again to see to rule out if she is dehydrated or colic reflex.
