My little baby of 1yr and 8months is very slim

My little baby of 1yr and 8months is very slim When I gave birth to him till his eight months he was very fat, he goes to toilet almost 3 times every day, when he eats sometimes he stool it out the way he eats it, I don't give him sugary food, please what will I do,the doctor once said is the nature of his intestine, plz what will I do,I want him to get fat

Concerning pooing his food the way he ate it. We call it Toddlers Diarrhoea... It is usually transient and will resolve spontaneously without any treatment in few days.
