How can I help my baby of 3weeks old to gain weight ? He's not adding weight at all, inspite of all the feeding

At 3.4kg, your baby isn't underweight. the normal weight for a male baby at the first month of birth is between 2.5 kg - 4.3 kg. Just keep doing exclusive breastfeeding. Most babies don't catch until after one month.
