It may not be high prolactin, it happened to me when I first got married, my doctor said is changes in my hormones. And I conceived with it. Just see ur doctor

High prolectin my dear; same happened to me & didn't allow me to concieve for over 2years until it was perfectly treated, immediately the breast milk stopped coming out, I took in, so kindly see ur gyne for proper treatment ok u will be fine.
