Don’t use cough drugs for a baby under 3 months. Continue Breastfeeding, Keep Baby Hydrated and Clear Baby's Nose. If your baby has cold symptoms along with fever, pale skin colour, wheezing, poor appetite or decreased activity, or if you are concerned about your infant's cold symptoms, contact his paediatrician right away
