A year plus is enough to stop a child from using diapers, he must have been showing u signs of when he has the urge to poo or urinate, pls look out for those signs and it will help him stop using diaper even at night. Try and wake him up, put him on a potty to urinate, and with time he will get use to it. But if you still insist to use a diaper, pls change pampers and try some oda product

Try potty training him so he stops d diaper.u can also try Babygrubz product to have at least some other types of food for his age
