Alefo in English is called miliaria crystallina. Please don't use anything oily for it. It will increase the rash. Takes the child to the hospital and also use ABF CREAM For your baby. Continue using agnesia powder it will clear off with time

@ajere, I don't know what is alefo, but my baby once had a rashes dat dnt look like normal heat rashes. My doc gave me biomenstatine drugs, den I use agnesia powder n cacatin cream.
