Pls buy a new Lantern Put little kerosene Light the lantern Then place a small towel on top of the Lantern when Is warm place it on the Navel kindly do that morning and night, it help in healing the navel from the inside I did that too and it works

You can use a towel soaked in hot water to clean the navel after bathing after which you clean the navel with medicated spirit and cotton wool.
