Since you are a first timer, i advice you go for ultrasound to ascertain safety of the foetus. But even at that be on bed rest and ensure you take your rotten drugs

Its possible. But not everybody's own comes fast like yours. Some people wait for months. Different body and how hormones work in people are different.
