U can back ur baby even frm d hospital where u gave birth. As for d hand,anytime the neck is stable,u can bring out d hand

U can back ur baby as young as a day old, and u can start bringing out d hand as soon as d baby can hold his/her neck.... I started bringing out my babys hand at 3months
