U can use it put lil in a bow n warm it small then drink,I used it too n it worked after 15mint I went into labour sharp sharp.

I wouldn't advice u take anything aside doctor's prescription. If u are already in d hospital then pray n hope that God will grant u a stress free delivery. And don't shout so far u won't exhaust ur energy before u will nid it. The Lord is ur strength. Go to d hospital n complain u a aving contractions n u will b checked. Gd luck dear
