Add Ranferon 12 too. Garden egg is magic o plus cucumber. Den green leaf too. My Pcv use to be 28, wen I started, I was at 42,40, 38 was my least. My soup was always half done okro n veg soup. I just did it for my baby. Hubby was supportive by cooking it wen I'm tired. Just try it out dear.

Den for ur blood boost pls try buy garden egg leave(Akwoukwo Anara),wash well and eat for ur baby. It works very well. Evn ugu cook half done. I do juice ugu and oda veggies, neva had low pvc issues. Biko bc of ur angel inugo

Poporo is very good especially if u mix it with milk. I think u can get it from women selling herb in the market

@ijeoma blessing nwannem.... U c' whn pregnant manage eat what wil mk ur baby healthy bc u r not really eating for u alone. Pls do not tk Gino tomatoes paste... It is not healthy. @24wks if dia is prob for now ur Dr shld hv prescribe blood supplement drug for u. Always ask ur dr for what to do whn not cleared ok

@Agnes... Pls did u get dat mixture frm a dr?. Bc tomatoes, malt and milk r not source of blood. Malt can go for Energy boost den milk for calcium and protein function doubling folic r for pple xpecting twins medically

If u r able to boast it up to 30% now that u r 24weeks, keep taking folic with any preg drugs u r using n once u r 34weeks, repeat d above instruction till u put to bed. Best of luck

Mine pcv was low too n I used just 1week to boast it. Get Gino tomato, malt n milk drink it 3times a day, I also double the folic acid n fesulate 2tab twice a day n when I return to repeat it it was 30% from 25% I did it with 1 week . Tuesday-saturday. I heard of poporo too but if I may it I may not drink it. Now our pcv is low cos we r 2 sharing the blood n if u r going for normal delivery 25% is still OK that's if u can keep it up but for CS u will need up to 30% otherwise u will be transfused

Dear mine was fluctuating from 30% to 29% and i was taking lots of veg and my routine drugs but still was same my doc den advice me to go and get an herb called poporo it's very effective.. You will boil the red leave and take morning and night full glass cup
