It is for this reason alone, (nutritional deficiency) that I support using pregnacare for it's rich nutrient supplements. But pregnacare is not the alpha and Omega of having a good baby. If you eat balanced diet, fruits, green vegetables, protein, you don't really need pregnacare.

Hello Blessing and distinguished mothers. Thanks​ for your sound contribution. In the first place, Why do we need folic acid, B12, Calcium etc in pregnancy? Which ones are essential and compulsory ? I'll answer that later. Pregnacare is good because it contains several other micronutrients apart from folic acid. These nutrients are all available in our balanced diet but some mothers don't even eat well. In some cultures, they are told not to eat meat or fish etc. Some mothers fast with pregnancy

My dear, pregnant care is very very gud for me, my doctor didn't give me any other drug since I was taking it, I didn't regret taking it cos it shown on my baby, very strong, spotless n beautiful couple wt enough fruit n vegetables, I av been taking it since I was four months pregnant, it was not a waste of money for me as a person, if I am pregnant again, I can't hesitate to take it, it will b my constant drug. D choice is yours

Most women dont even take pregnant care and the baby comes out very okay as long as you take your routine drugs, for me i dont take pregnant care because i see it as a waste of money, my routine drugs can substitute for what the pregnant care drug will give so why should i spend more. Fruits and a healthy balanced diet is ok for me.

The routine drugs are very OK... And with a good balanced diet ur baby will come out healthy. Pregnant care or other supplement can not substitute for a healthy balanced diet.

The routine drugs are very ok o,I was also told by my doc to stop pregnacare and concentrate on the routine drugs and my baby came out very healthy weighing 4kg

The routine drugs given are also gd. Buy if u want to change to pregnant care, I don't think it'd harmful. ......my opinion
