@bunmi, then you can bathe him with agbo, mango leaf, fruit leaf, the ones that fell themselves,back of coconut

If it's alefo then you can use cacatin but alefo in a baby's body is not always one, it's always appears in different places and it's believed that if a baby has alefo the baby tends to be big
