Good am beautiful Mums and Docs. Please, i just put to bed last Saturday and it's my first child. I have no experience. I want to do baby-friendly for my daughter but my breast is paining me seriously that I'm scared of breast feeding and i think i have breast sore too. Even my breast milk is not flowing very well. Please, advise me on what to do. Thanks

Good morning Everyone in the house. Please, I'm just 12 weeks pregnant but I vomit frequently. Any single thing that enters my mouth comes out immediately, including water. Please what do I do because I've emaciated so much and I'm not comfortable with that? Thank you
