Breastfeeding Positions
Usually the most common breastfeeding position is cradle hold, holding baby in one arm with their head in resting at your elbow crease.
But did you know this position actually isn't the best for starting out. It is actually better when you are more confident with feeding and have established a good latch! This position can reduce your baby's backward head movement which is needed for them to get a good latch. See some other recommended breastfeeding positions in the image
