TIPS TO STAY HYDRATED IN PREGNANCY
1. Start your day by drinking a glass of water
2. Each time you go to drink a sip of water, take 7-10 sips instead
3. When your cup or bottle is finished, fill it up immediately, so it's ready next time you get thirsty!
4. Eat plenty of hydrating fruits and vegetables (ie watermelon, and cucumbers)
