A sick baby brings a lot of worrying but try your best to remain calm and apply these tips in order or make them as comfortable as possible while they recover.

More Fluids: If your baby is still strictly on breastmilk or formula, try to breastfeed or bottlefeed more than usual to prevent dehydration. if your baby is at the age where they can have water (more than 6 months), be sure to offer more than usual also

Plenty of Rest: Putting your baby to sleep earlier and longer is a great way to let them rest and recover. You can also encourage more naps and keep their environment nice and calm.

Warm Baths: Warm baths can help soothe your baby and relieve aches. The steam from the water can also help clear airways if blocked and flush out running noses.

Physical contact: This has proven to help babies be more at ease even when they are not sick. Holding the baby more, laying them on your chest or even breastfeeding can help them know you are there and help them become more comfortable.

Increase Humidity: Using humidifiers in your baby's room can help clear the stuffy nose and prevent mucus from drying up, causing discomfort. Be sure to clean these humidifiers often to prevent bacteria build-up.
