Vomiting and very weak
Hello mummies in the house, good afternoon. This is my first pregnancy and have been very weak, I can’t eat and any small food I manage to eat, I will vomit it. And am not happy about this at all. Plz what can I do

Fu d any food your body can tolerate.. You can also try biscuits, not the sugary ones though.
