For d pain try using a towel with hot water add salt in d water n gently press on d nipples.it will help against sores in d breast n reduce pain.do it as much as u can BT wen u want to breast feed u clean well wt clean water so baby doesn't ingest salt. It helped me.

It's a natural thing...wen d pain disappears u won't knw.it will automatically heal. All supplements are in ur rich diet u dnt need any additional one. Ur baby will look healthy n fresh just with breast milk. So keep on breast feeding n watch baby grow in God's Grace.tnx
