My baby had the same issue at one week. Used baby tribotan but it ended up drying up her skin and the rash was worst. Bought sebamed baby bath and lotion worked a bit but coconut oil mix with Shea butter and palm kernel oil and olive oil did the magic for us. We later found out that she was allergic to the milk I was taking so I had to stop milk, Milo totally. So try to know the cause of the rash

Many tribotan don't work for all babies, it didn't work for mine too... but doc recommended Candid B lotion and it works perfectly........ but use coconut oil for his body cream.... you will like your baby skin..... original one pls
