Pls mum and doc in the huz help me my baby is 1month and on ebf but she find it very hard to poo, whenever she want to poo she will be forcing herself

Ha! Alot of water nd Fibre ke! Please, as long as you are on Exclusive breastfeeding don't panic, my baby then would stay 5-7 days without pooing but when she does, it's comes out normal and not constipated. Research has shown that the baby uses up the breastmilk and little or no waste is produced from breastmilk. Water isn't adviced cos then it will no longer be EBF.
