Good morning mummies, I'm a FTM, pls since Sunday that i delivered none of my breast is lactating, I keep forcing the baby on the breasts but nothing is coming out, pls, any natural solution that can work fast???

Drink warm water not too hot as ur month can withstand it. Just use warm water as ur water don't drink any other water 2) always allow ur baby to be sucking it 3) clean ur nipples

Clean ur nipples wit coconut oil. Den u can drink as well. I was told by a Nurse and it works
