Please stop taking avomine vomiting is common in pregnancy so endure it is just for short periods of time

Pineapple has d ability to cause miscarriage in first trimester thou in some people bcos it is acidic. But helps to quicken labour .

Indigestion and constipation + nausea are very common in d first trimester pls endure... Complain to ur doc abt it doh but usually there isn't medication for it.. Go more on fruits but pls don't take pineapple
