My dear such cases u need to see a pediatric. And my advice is dat, if d child temperature is still high den, return him/her to the hospital. U dnt need a home remedy in such case!

Okk, we r still begging for rain in dis side of d country. I'm in calabar n it's still hot. Wear simple cotton clothes n use flannel to cover not blanket. She will be fine. Wen d temp is high u can open her buttons a little n close bk wen d temp has reduced. High fever gives kids convulsion n convulsion does not know raining season n cold season. Give her d drugs she will be fine, u will see.

N he was given antibiotics alongside d malaria which I gave him judiciously as prescribed days later he was fine. Don't cover at all d temp will come down. Don't wear her overall wen d temp is high

Air her to bring d temp down, it works well, there were times I had to allow him wt only Pampers in his cot n I kept checking him. pls high fever is not good. I did not actually mob him wt water BC I was afraid for his age,he was few days old, I just only removed his clothes n aired him. N his doc Kam home n was fine wt it cos I did not put on a or fan.
