U can use tomatoes juice first thing in the morning in an empty stomach and also use lemon, mint leave and ginger and water. How to prepare it bring a Jung with water inside put the lemon,ginger and mint leave together in the night live it till morning, u will drink the water for the whole day ,throw it away in the evening and prepare another one for the next day. Do it for like a week u will see the magic,it is very effective. U can also use sour chop leave is good too, boil the leave and drink
