This potato recipe is a must have for your baby

A lot of us love chubby babies, I know I do too. But then, not all babies would be chubby and that's okay. The most important thing is to have a healthy baby. This recipe has the tendency to make a baby or toddler chubby and with a very lovely skin


1. You need Irish potatoes, some crayfish, some butter, some groundnut and titus fish or any fresh fish

2. Peel and boil the potatoes until its soft or you can boil before peeling, your choice.

3. Grind the crayfish until its in powder form.

4. Mash the groundnut until smooth

5. De-bone the fish totally (please take your time to do this as bones can cause choking)

6. Mash the potatoes with a fork or a masher until its smooth, add the butte, crayfish, groundnut and fish.

7. Stir everything together very well and serve the infant.


In conclusion, make sure you test out each food element one by one on the child to rule out allergies first before trying the combination.
