As for me i prefer copper T, the one inserted into the virginal bcos it does not react with hormones, I did it b4 41days after delivery and I removed it when my child was 2yrs that is July and I conceive August bcos am now 37weeks. The only side effects is if your husband is cheating on you, you will be having infection and if you are dirty type that don't take care of your virginal

Go to the family planning unit in any government hospital for enquiries. If something works well for taiye, it doesn't mean it will work well for kehinde. You will have to choose your choice based on your blood pressure and family/ medical history

You can choose anyone​ you like among all, as for me I choosed implant inserted in upper arm for 3 years. I asked from this that have used it before they said it's very effective.
