Please, your pregnancy is just 30weeks, before 36weeks the weight will increase, don't go and give your unnecessary wahala by loading excess carbohydrate in your system

Little babes are even easier during delivery & that's what matters most; they can always gain more weight after birth, Chiomachibuzor has said it all, take as much as u can consume esp fruits but plz don't force yourself all because u want your baby to add weight.

Pls nnem dnt force urself to eat'eat as ur tummy can contain'giving birth to big babies is not funny at all'am a witness-i gave birth last month my baby weight 4kg'ah it was'nt funny unesly'so pls eat as much as u tumny can go'dnt force eating to increase baby(my opinion)

It will still increase be4 38 or 40werks but u need to eat very well,when I was pregnant my husband was not always in Nigeria but my my doctor advised me to always eat Apple, watermelon and avocado pear it helps in building the baby....
