It is not a multivitamins....It is a drug meant to treat allergies but has side-effect of increasing appetite.....People use it for that purpose but that is not the primary reason for the medication....It has other side-effects too...Pls do not use without a doctor's prescription......Most paediatricians will not recommend it....I personally do not sanction its use for boosting appetite in children because of the other side effects
