Good evening Doc and mums in the house,hope you all are good. Am 37weeks and went for antenatal today and the scan revel that my baby is in transverse position and the weight is 4kg..Am a bit worried old what can I do to reduce the weight.

Is well reduce intake of carbs,you can still take Lipton tea all the time
