Gud am Docs and Moms. My 6weeks old boo just vomited breast milk from his nostrils and mouth. I've cleaned him up. Wat else shud I do?

It's absolutely part of the babies growing process. However, you need to burp your baby by rubbing their back side way up so they can burp and den you can put the baby down. At this time baby's stomach is still open so once they over feed it can either come out through the nose or the mouth. Nothing to worry about.

After burping. Please try to elevate ur baby's bed . fold a towel and put it under the mattress to raise the baby's head. DAT would stop the food from going through the baby's nose. Pls note I said under the mattress not pillow.
