Teething starts at 6 months but early signs can be from 3 months so I think your baby is showing early signs. Give him sterilized rubber toys to nibble or washed fruits like tinny mangoes and oranges. He needs things to rub on his itchy gum. Desist from teething powder as it has adverse side effects.
