Guday mummy...pls can a pregnant woman continue to breastfeed her 9months baby?

Hmmmmm, just passing ooo hearing some ppl say yes while some others say No, kindly inquire from ur gyno just to be on the safe side OK, He might have a better Answer though it could go well with some babes if u continue breastfeeding them while in most cases it makes the baby at hand sick, so it varies that's all I have to say.

( Contd) I weaned him from exclusive breastfeeding at 6 months though & introduced him to others cereals &puree ( potato, carrot, rice etc) while still breastfeeding. My mom even told me to stop but I didn't cos I did my research well ( googled & asked questions). My son was perfectly fine &healthy, pregnancy didn't affect him in any way. When I was ready to stop, he just stopped without any fuss. So please do what suits you & your baby cos different strokes for different folks.

In my opinion. You can breast feed your baby for as long as you are ready to stop or as long as your strength can carry. There's nothing wrong with breastfeeding while pregnant. Its your choice. Nobody needs to decide for you. My first son was 10 months old when I took in and I breast fed him till he was a year &2 months ( Till I was ready to stop & till I was sure stopping won't affect him).
