Pls use a damp cloth to dab her body to bring down the temperature then give paracetamol 2.5ml 3times daily. give her vit c to help her immunity fight the cough, if the cough is very serious u should get her cough syrup. if she is teething, gripe water helps when theyre teething.keep her hydrated as well, give her liquid, water or milk.

How old is d baby? are u sure is not teeth issue? If not run a gud test on her.

Did they run a test on her? If yes continue with the medications and make sure they give her full dose of it. She will be ok. Give her paracetamol 3 times daily. How old is she?
