U do not need to panic! If ur test showed positive u are likely pregnant! As for d scan saying ders no baby its quite too early to tell. But I wud advice you see a good gyno and tell ur miscarriage history to him so he can monitor the preg carefully until it is beyond d high risk stage. I wud also advice u to find out the cause of ur previous miscarriages so u can avoid it in this preg. Congratulations
