Dont lie down immediately after eating,just eat and sit up for a while.also take water.

Sleep on ur left hand side. It's normal to have indigestion. And dnt late. Try as much as possible to stop eating by 6pm. If hungry go on Fruits, biscuits wd any liquid. Jus had my baby advice we Experience
